Congratulations, Mr. Chiu!

Rancho teacher, Mr. Ken Chiu, was recently honored by the San Jose Silicon Valley Chamber of Commerce as Educator of the Year.  Mr. Chiu received his award at a ceremony on November 4th.  The ceremony took place, with keynote speaker Condoleezza Rice, at the Fairmont Hotel in downtown San Jose.
